If this is true, it's huge. According to Country Music Tattletale, GARTH BROOKS is coming out of retirement NEXT YEAR in a very big way. He's planning to release a new studio album, (his first since "Scarecrow" in 2001.) It'll be a solo album, although his wife TRISHA YEARWOOD may sing backup or even join him for a duet. He's also going to launch a "major world tour" . . . AND do a TV special that will be directed by MARTIN SCORSESE. There are no other details . . . but you have to EXPECT there will be a formal announcement very soon.
Then, if you head on over to his website, there is a rather cryptic message..."Be the First To know". Sign up for newsletter. It's gotta be happening, right!!?
