You would think, that: after winning American Idol, Entertainer of the Year, Single & Song of the year...Female Vocalist of the year...plus, sold out concerts, multi-hits, multi-platinum selling cd's, that Carrie Underwood would have multiple huge homes with a bunch of cars, her own zoo, and a really bad attitude towards others....

NOPE!

Not Carrie...she hasn't let all the fame & fortune go to her head. In the latest issue of Glamour magazine, Carrie talks about how normal of a life she really leads. She says country music is for "real people." Both Carrie & her husband, Mike came from small towns & hardworking parents - and she doesn't believe the've strayed from that.

Carrie added, "We don’t have a bowling alley in our basement. We don’t have houses on the beach and one in New York and one in L.A. I drive a three-year-old Ford Escape Hybrid. We don’t care about stuff like that."

It just goes to show...country singers are very much, just like you & I....Pretty neat, Carrie drives a Ford Escape... :)
