This story proves that people never change: Nice people will always be nice . . . and screw ups will ALWAYS need nice people to bail them out.

--Back on September 8th, Gerald Gronowski of Cleveland, Ohio got a flat tire. A guy named Christopher Manacci saw him and decided to stop and help him out.

(--Neither guy's age was given.)

--Christopher parked behind Gerald's car . . . which might have SAVED their LIVES. Because a few minutes later, a drunk driver swerved over and crashed into the back of Christopher's car, while the two guys were working on the flat.

--Luckily nobody was hurt, and at some point, Gerald mentioned a time, eight years ago, when he got a large fish hook embedded in his hand, and a total stranger helped him remove it.

--And it turned out THAT was Christopher too. He remembered pulling the hook out of Gerald's hand eight years ago.
